I should have read the reviews before ordering. It's been two weeks and I still have not received my order. I tried the tracking number but to no avail. Thank god I paid with my paypal because I know they will have my back. Gonna wait another 2 weeks before I contact paypal for a refund.

I ordered a shirt from them, after over a month I finally received the *** shirt then it's 5x too big. So I contacted them to return the shirt, they ran me through the ringer for over a month, asking me to send numerous pictures blah blah blah then they wouldn't refund me instead they offered me only 50% credit but I would NEVER EVER pay them for anything again, I will not pay for shipping 3 fricken time to get something from China that is nothing like the pictures! It was nothing even close! I will not stop until they are dealt with and everyone knows!

I purchased a item from there. Ordered a ex large hoodie, I am a med/lg but wanted it roomy.

I received it. today, the label says extra large, but I can't even get it on, its way too small, and made really *** I also payed the extra $2.00 for tracking and could never track it. It will cost me more to ship back, than what I payed for item.

I will NEVER recommend this place. If you do, you WILL be sorry!

Have not received my order in over a month. Rose Wholesale states it may be another month. No phone number to contact them at. Live chat does not work.

I ordered clothing on 10/23/15 and was told it would take about 15 days to receive my order. It is now 11/25/15 and I still have not received it. I have made 4 complaints. Now they're telling me it may not arrive until 12/25/15. Thanks people. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They actually had the nerve to send me a request for review of the products I ordered. Kind of hard when you don't have the products. I can't tell you how angry I am. I cannot contact them by phone and the live chat does not work. I want my money back but have no hope for that or receiving the product. This is a complete scam I feel at this time. Do not order from them!!!!!

I ordered a 2 jackets as well as winter items. It's been five weeks. They said 2 weeks ago it shipped. I kept checking the status of the package and it said my order was still "processing". I ready to call the BBB or something bc this place has to be a hacker. It's ridiculouse! I called the hotline numerous times. It's rings than gets fuzzy than silence and fuzziness. No operator. No options. Nothing! This website must be a scam. I've wasted so much money on here that I'm pretty sure I'll never recieve. Idk how to even go about getting my clothing or money back.

i bough goods from rosewholesale.com and paid for it including the shipping fee. the next day, i got a message about my tracking number but was unable to track it because the number was incorrect, i tried contacting rosewholesale with the phone number they provided, to my greatest surprise that number most times doesn't go through and when it finally does, no one will pick up.i have tried sending emails to them but they don't reply their mails or would i say that they don't have any valid email address.

please they should kindly refund my money or ship my order to me. this is horrible, my goodness!!!!

l ordered an item ( cardigan sweater ) on Nov. 12 2015 . Every time l try to track it by clicking the number another language shows up . My item is no where to find. l am so angry because l wanted it for my birthday Dec. 8 to wear out. l tried to find a phone number and can't find one anywhere. l feel like l got taken because the support center never emailed me and after reading these reviews l am pretty sure now. l really wanted the sweater. Thank God l didn't spend too much , but that's not the point. l don't think l will shop on-line anymore because of this. l really hope this Company doesn't save credit card numbers.

Products take forever to come, then are not even close to the pictures or description. Colors are incorrect, shirts look nothing like the picture, sizes are inaccurate, quality is worse than poor. Companies customer service says to send pictures and then they will decide if they will take the shirts back as returns, but I still have to pay shipping - both ways - even if misrepresented (and shame on me, they even say in their policies that they don't refund shipping for misrepresented items.) What kind of a fraudulent company has a disclaimer against lying about their product to make it okay? DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS NOTHING BUT A FRAUD AND A SCAM!!!!!!

These people are thieves- their customer contact information is BOGUS- there is no phone contact, their complaint forms or enquiries are programmed to disallow actual order numbers, they send out irrelevant items, their sizes are misleading, their quality is poor- their prices are the come- on. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH foreign company-- I am waiting for items - now for 3 months, they sent me wrong items and there is no way to contact to facilitate a return. I am contacting my credit card company to ask them to review the situation. Beware of this online retailer- they have pop ups all over the internet.
