Rosewholesale - Frustrated!!!!!
Ordered and paid lots of money for expedited shipping sp I can received before Christmas and today the 23 Of Dec the merchandise has not arrived. The order was paid on Dec 11, 2017, I called today Dec 23 please review this problem you should not be charging for fast delivery when your shipping Company is not doing its job.
I donโt want the merchandise after the 25 of Dec., that is way I ordered it on Dec 11, with plenty of time.
I am very discontent with the customer service help, very hard to understand and not very apologetic to the customer needs. Will not purchased anything out of your Company, feeling very angry at this time!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $32.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
