I ordered many items September 28, 2017 and paid for expedited shipping and insurance. I have sent emais to Rose wholesale a month later in October.

They sent me a link with shipping details, items never shipped. I have continously emailed to get my order.

Its now January 13, 2018 and I have still not received one item that i have already paid for. Rose wholesale does not have good customer service nor do they care about your order being sent or refunding !
