So I bought 5 things and only three of them came, and they also came very late with no update on when it was shipped or processed. I tried to log back in a few days after I had gotten but I forgot my password so I tried to send a code to my email to get back in and it never sent.

I even tried it again and no email sent. There's no way for me to try and contact them to get a refund on the items I did not receive.

Since I used paypal I may be able to get my money back that way but it could be gone forever. This is ridiculous and I can't believe it's still a functioning site.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $8.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Really long shipping time and didnt receive full order.
