I received a dress instead of pants that I ordered for my grandson for Christmas. I contacted them before Christmas and still have not heard back.
I will never order from them and will not recommend them to anyone. This is the worst customer service ever. The pants I ordered were sold out, so they sent a dress instead and charged me. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.
My grandson was upset because he was looking forward to a new pair of pants for the holidays.
I really need to reconcile this and get my money back, but no one is responding. This is not how you treat customers.
